Suspicious Boat Apprehended Near Andaman And Nicobar Islands

 Reports have been coming in from Port Blair where Indian Coast Guard has apprehended a suspicious boat.

As per reports the boat which has been apprehended was traced near Andaman and Nicobar Islands territory with 12 Myanmarese crew. 

The boat was spotted first by a helicopter and is now being brought to Port Blair for crew interrogation.

Further reports are still awaited as investigation will be carried out to ascertain the reason behind why the boat was stationed there.  And regarding the identity of the people who were in that boat.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
