Will Tejashwi-Tej Pratap's Election Be Cancelled

Polling for the third and final phase of assembly elections in Bihar is to be held on 7 November. In the last phase of the election, political parties have given their full strength.

But a big news has emerged in between the last phase. Sources say that information has been received that the Election Commission can cancel the voting of Tejashwi Yadav and his brother Tej Pratap Yadav. Voting on the assemblies of both the leaders has been done in the second phase, but the Election Commission can cancel the election of both the leaders in one case.

In fact, during the second phase of the Bihar election, the JDU accused Tejashwi Yadav and his brother Tej Pratap Yadav of concealing property information in the election affidavit. Tejashwi Yadav is contesting from Raghopur seat and Tej Pratap from Hasanpur seat.

A delegation led by JDU leader and Nitish Sarkar's minister had met the Election Commission and submitted a memorandum stating that Tejaswari and Tejashwi Yadav have hidden the property information in the election affidavit.

The JDU requested the Election Commission to examine the affidavit. At the same time, demanding action under Section-123 (2) of the Representation of the People Act, they had demanded cancellation of the election.

Sources say that the Election Commission can bring a major action against Tejashwi and Tejapratrap in the matter.

In such a situation, case will be imposed if the Election Commission becomes strict against both the leaders, the elections of both the leaders can be canceled. Although the Election Commission can take action against both the leaders, it has not been clear.
