    Delhi Police Closes National Highway And Diverts Traffic In View Of Ongoing Agitation By Farmers

    Reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where Delhi police has closed NH 44 on both the sides. Singhu, Lampur, Auchandi, Safiabad, Piao Maniyari, and Saboli borders are closed.

    As per reports Delhi Police have also closed Tikri, Jharoda Borders are closed for any traffic movement. Badusarai border is open only for light motor vehicle like cars and two-wheelers. 

    Jhatikara Border is open only for two-wheeler traffic.

    Gazipur border on NH 24 have also been closed for traffic from Gaziabad to Delhi due to farmers protests. People coming to Delhi are advised to use Apsara/ Bhopra/DND.

    Meanwhile the protest of farmers is still going on in Burari. Members of Civilian Welfare Charitable Trust distributed medicines to protesting farmers stationed at Singhu border (Delhi-Haryana border), earlier today.
