GDP Has Increased Drastically And Improved For India

Latest reports have been coming in from Anand Sharma former commerce minister and Congress leader where he had said to ANI that the first quarter of the GDP have affected badly and the worst affected part of the country.

According to recent reports Anand Sharma, former Commerce minister & Congress leader has said that the first quarter of this year was the worst as GDP was adversely hit. 

However, we made a comeback in second-quarter & we hope that in the remaining two quarters as well, the balance of recovery will be maintained.

India has increased its infrastructure and he congratulate Central and state governments for it as they worked together for it.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
