On First Day Of Biggest Vaccination Across Country 207,229 Shots Were Given As Per UN

As per reports coming in from United nation news which has reported that India has done a remarkable job of doing mass vaccination of covid-19 in the country.

According to the UN news at the provincial level, WHO also supported implementation and monitoring of health policy, such as developing standard operating procedures, preparing technical briefs.

Besides all this World Health Organisation has been providing best practices from other parts of India as well as other countries as per reports coming from UN News.

It also worked with the Government and the UN Development Programme (UNDP) on real-time reporting and problem-solving when issues arose at the vaccination sites, according to Dr. Ofrin.

India has begun the world’s biggest COVID vaccination campaign so far, deploying hundreds of thousands of health workers with training and support of UN World Health Organization. 

On 16 Jan on the 1st day of the campaign, 207,229 vaccine shots were given across the country.
