Joint Commissioner Of Police Says That All Rules Broken In Kisan Rally Leading To Violence: ANI

Reports have been coming in from the Joint Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar who have stated that everyone has seen the violence during the tractor rally on 26th January.

According to Joint Commissioner of Police Alok Kumar barricades were broken, agreed route was not followed.  The Kisan Rally also began before the scheduled time and tractors were used as weapon against police personnel.

We have seen incidents wherein swords were used and so maybe it was tried on experimental basis at police station level. 

Delhi Police Jt Commissioner on use of steel batons has stated that it's not approved to be part of anti-riot gear as we don't make an equipment part of it unless trials are done.
