Petrol And Diesel Price Rise A Matter Of Concern: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee

Latest reports have been coming in from West Bengal where West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has said that BJP are increasing LPG and diesel prices every day. 

It is a matter of concern. Central govt will only reduce the prices for few days when the elections are around the corner as per West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.

I received complaint from Jadavpur that they are getting calls from private number asking who are they going to vote for and also abusing TMC. 

I request people to file complaint in this regard. Probe will be done and strict action will be taken as per West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.

Family of deceased DYFI member hasn't filed complaint. Truth about death will be known when post mortem report comes. 

Every death is sad. If family wants we can provide job and monetary help.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
