After the Union Government's budget, Uttar Pradesh has started a campaign to bring many schemes to UP. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that a proposal should be sent to the Center for opening Sainik Schools in every division soon. In the budget of Modi government on Monday, it was announced to open hundred military schools across the country on PPP model.


On Tuesday, the Chief Minister directed the officials to sanction more and more schemes for the state as per the budget proposals of the Center. He said that the departments should send their proposals to the Government of India in time. The Chief Minister said that a Sainik School should be established in every division with a view to providing more students in the state as an officer, an opportunity to be recruited in the Army and for their better education system. In view of this, he directed the Central Government to send the proposal.


Send proposal for warehouse in mandis to center

The Chief Minister also asked to send proposals to the Central Government for the establishment of godowns in the mandis. He said that action should be taken to link the mandis with e-names. Directing the economically competent institutions to nominate purchasing agency under MSP, the Chief Minister said that by adopting this system, farmers will be able to pay their produce on time.


Drinking water schemes

The Chief Minister said that proposals for drinking water schemes of urban areas should be prepared and made available to the Central Government in time. He also directed to send the proposals of Solid Waste Management, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana to the Center under the Amrit Yojana and to expedite the operation of Abhyudaya Yojana.


Help should be sought from the Center to extend the Ganga Expressway to Haridwar and Varanasi

Directing the extension of the Ganga Expressway project to Haridwar and Varanasi, the Chief Minister said that in connection with connecting Purvanchal Expressway with Ballia, initiative should be taken to send assistance to the Central Government.
