Unidentified Assailants Opens Fire At Two Persons In Palghar

Latest reports have been coming in from late night post from Maharashtra where an identified assailants open fire at two persons on Sunday night.

As per reports coming in from Maharashtra assailants opened fire at two persons and attacked them with a sharp-edged weapon outside a bar in Nalasopara area of Palghar around 9:30 pm on Sunday. 

The two persons have sustained bullet injuries and one of them has sustained injuries on head also as per sources from police said.

As per reports coming in this type of attack and previous attacks have been linked with each other and the police and the security forces are trying their best to nab the culprits.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
