Chief Minister Of Gujarat Vijay Rupani Faints On Stage, Condition Stable

Latest reports have been coming in from Gujarat where Chief Minister of Gujarat Vijay Rupani has fainted on stage while addressing an election rally in Vadodara today. 

As per reports he was brought to Ahmedabad and admitted to UN Mehta hospital for a medical check-up. 

Gujarat Deputy CM Nitin Patel has reported that the health of Chief Minister is completely fine and he will be kept in observation for 24 hours.

According to Dr RK Patel, Director, UN Mehta hospital in Ahmedabad Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani's condition is stable. All his medical check-up reports including EGC and CT Scan are normal. 

There is nothing to worry about. He will be kept at the hospital for 24 hours just for observation.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
