13 Yr Old Girl Gangraped And Later Hit By Truck Dies In Kanpur

Latest reports have been coming in from Kanpur where a thirteen year old girl has been gang raped and was hit by the truck outside hospital where she was taken for medical examination has passed away.

As per confirm sources by Preetinder Singh, Kanpur SSP on minor's gang-rape case in Sajeti has said that all three accused have been arrested. 

Two were arrested before, third one nabbed today. Case registered under Sec 376 IPC and POCSO Act. We will file the chargesheet based on evidence in the court now.

As per reports the father of 13 year old girl who was gang-raped in Sajeti area yesterday has said that she has died after being hit by truck outside hospital in Ghatampur where she was undergoing medical examination

As per reports one accused has been arrested in rape case. Case is to be filed for accident of victim's father said Kanpur SSP.
