As per reports coming in from West Bengal BJP has filed a complaint with the returning officer, Nandigram against CM Mamata Banerjee.
The BJP is demanding that her nomination should be rejected for allegedly withholding information about 5 criminal cases and one case with CBI pending against her.
According to Suvendu Adhikari from BJP, honorable Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has submitted nomination from Nandigram and I objected against it today.
There are six cases that she has not mentioned (in nomination paper). In 2018, 5 cases were filed in Assam, but she didn't mention them.
