As per reports the incidence occurred in Gwalior. Here reports of came in that a minor girl was allegedly raped.
The whole incident has occurred by the FIR lodged by the victim who ran to the Datia and filed an FIR.
As per reports the accused used to work in shop of victim's father. After incident took place, victim ran to Datia where she came in contact with child protection agency and later filed a zero FIR. Accused was arrested here as per confirmed sources from police
