Latest reports have been coming in from senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi who have said that this election is about giving a message. 

First is, that our country is a country of different religions, cultures, languages, histories and we respect all that. 

We don't accept Narendra Modi's and RSS' attempt to humiliate and crush Tamil culture, language and Tamil history as per Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi further adds that I was told that when Kamaraj ji died, his entire belongings were in 1 small suitcase. 

A leader like him truly represents Tamil people and their aspirations. He'd fight for his people, that's the kind of leader you need as CM, as per stated by senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during a road show in Kanyakumari.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
