Uttar Pradesh Will Take A New Look: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

Latest reports have been coming in from Uttar Pradesh where CM Yogi Aditaynath attended a program in Gorakhpur has said that this International Women's Day, women empowerment programs will be held across the State besides launch of more women safety measures . 

The Chief Minister further added that the value of 'Gaon ki beti sabki beti, Gaon ki behen sabki behen', should be inculcated.

According to sources CM Yogi Adityanath has informed that Rajghat (cremation ground ) has been renovated, unlike how it used to be, it's clean and have many facilities. 

We have also requested the Centre to approve 6-lane path to Gorakhpur. Soon, there'll also be a 'Plastic Park', which will employ over 25,000 youths.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
