According to reports external affairs minister EAM S Jaishankar has attended 'Amrit Mahotsav' event by Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The external affairs minister while speaking on this occasion has said that"We would be marking a historic milestone (on this Aug 15).
This is certainly a moment for celebration, but equally one for introspection and renewed resolve said the Minister.
