Famous Actor Anupam Shyam Passes Away Due To Multiple Organ Failure

Latest reports have been coming in from the entertainment industry where it has been confirmed that famous television actor Anupam Shyam has passed away after prolonged illness.

According to reports coming in television actor Anupam Shyam passes away at the age of 63 in Mumbai due to multiple organ failure. 

As per sources the doctor had declared him dead due to multiple organ failure. He has been hospitalised for 4 days. He had high blood sugar and used to take injections during shooting of his last film.

He would be remembered for his various breathtaking roles in the TV industry.  He was known for a very strong role in "Mann ki awaaz Pratigya" and was famous and known as Thakur ji from that serial.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
