Four Persons Arrested On Charges Of Dacoity In Noida

Latest reports have been coming in from Noida where 4 people have been arrested for their alleged involvement in a dacoity on Wednesday.

According to recent reports coming in these four persons have been allegedly involved in a dacoity in Noida.

According to reports the police have registered FIR on basis of a complaint made by the company's HR manager, who claimed that a few persons barged into their office and decamped with valuable items according to ADCP (Central Noida) Ankur Aggarwal

However the four of the accused involved in the dacoity have been arrested while some others who have been identified, are absconding.

Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Noida), Ankur Aggarwal have said that efforts are on to ensure their arrest.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
