National Single Window System (NSWS) For Investors For Approvals And Clearances Launched

Latest reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where Union Minister Piyush Goyal today launched the National Single Window System (NSWS) for investors for approvals and clearances.

On this occasion Union Minister Piyush Goyal has said that we have grand plans for this so that interface with govt can be eliminated and everything will be seamless through technology.

Stakeholders from industries, business and even common person who may require any assistance at smallest level, will have an opportunity to use this system. 

This initialisation will infact boost the economy and the industry of the country and according to the Minister our effort is to make India first country in the world to achieve this sophistication.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
