Supreme Court Asks Uttar Pradesh Govt To Take Stern Action In Lakhimpur Kheri Case

Latest reports have been coming in from Supreme Court where it has been stated that it is not satisfied with the steps taken by the Uttar Pradesh government in the investigation of the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case.

According to the Supreme Court in Lakhimpur Kheri case the Chief Justice of India tells Uttar Pradesh to ask its DGP to ensure that the evidence in the case is protected till the time another agency takes it over.

In Lakhimpur Kheri violence case according to the Supreme Court, the Uttar Pradesh government has to apprise the court of an alternative agency which can conduct the probe.
