Latest reports having coming in from Manipur where the Swarnam Vijay Mashal reached to memorize the 50th anniversary celebration of India's victory on Pakistan in 1971 war.

According to reports coming in the Swarnim Vijay Mashaal (Victory Flame), which was lit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi last year reached Manipur.
