A New Species Of Spider Discovered In Forests Of Junagarh

Latest reports have been coming in from Junagadh, Gujarat where  new species of spider has been hve been located.

According to reports coming in from Junagadh Gujarat where a n i has reported by Dr Jatin Rawal, Bhakta Kavi Narsingh Mehta University.

The Doctor hs further stated that we have discovered a new species of spider 'Narsinh Mehta'- named after poet-saint Narsinh Mehta.

According to the sources this is another addition to the world spider catalogue which at present has about 49,000 regd species.

This has been shared by Dr Jatin Rawal, Professor,Bhakta Kavi Narsingh Mehta University while speaking to ANI.

The doctor has further stated that my PhD student Namrata and I have been working on it for the past 2.5 years and studied different spider species at 5-6 sites of the forest department which permitted us to carry on with our research.
