Police Arrests Two Drug Peddlers With 3 Kg Of Ganja From Dahisar Area Of Maharashtra

Latest reports have been coming in from Maharashtra which has turned out to be a crime state in the country where on daily basis regular arrest is being carried out for drug peddlers by Maharashtra Police.

According to reports coming in from Maharashtra where in the Dahisar area police have arrested two drug peddlers with heavy amount of drugs.

The DSP of Dahisar area Somnath Charge while speaking to ANI has said that we have arrested two drug peddlers from the Dahisar area.

According to sources these two drug peddlers who were arrested were having heavy quantity of ganja with them.

According to reports the police have seized over 3 kg of ganja from them. DCP Somnath Gharge has said that we have registered a case under NDPS Act. And further investigation underway.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
