According to Chief Justice Ramana at the two-day national conference on Mediation and Information Technology in Gujarat has stated that developing expertise in negotiation and mediation is much needed for new lawyers and law students.
On the other hand Chief Justice Ramana in this program has further stated that the rapid development of technology has resulted in increased complexity within the legal and regulatory landscape of the country.
