According to reports coming in, this address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will commence at 1:00 p.m. today and it will be done through video conferencing.

According to reports this address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has come after 2008 when he has inaugurated this temple at the time when he was Chief Minister of Gujarat.
