Massive Fire In West Delhi Leaves 12 Dead And 14 Injured, Many Still Feared Trapped

Latest reports have been coming in from the national capital of the country New Delhi where a massive fire ripped through a three-storey commercial building near Mundka metro station in west Delhi.

The incident reported to have been occurred on the late Friday evening.  The incident has left at least 14 dead and 12 injured said one police officer.

According to the reports coming in around 60-70 people have been rescued from the building, the police said, adding some people are still trapped inside.

According to fire department officials, information about the blaze was received around 4.40 pm following which 24 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Outer) Sameer Sharma while speaking to media has said that around 10 pm.It's a tragic incident that has left 14 dead bodies confirmed and 12 people are injured.

As per sources the fire has broken out in a building near pillar number 544 of the Mundka metro station.
