Latest reports have been coming in from Union Government where it has been shared that National Investigation Agency has conducted various rates at different locations at Saharanpur for trafficking persons to various places in the country.

According to reports coming in from the National Investigation Agency which has shared that it has carried out searches at Saharanpur's Deoband.

According to reports National Investigation Agency has arrested Mazid Ullah, a resident of Myanmar for his involvement in the conspiracy of transportation of trafficked persons to different places in India.

According to reports coming in from National Investigation Agency where it has been stated the agency has seized various digital devices (mobile handset, SIM cards, memory card).

According to reports the National Investigation Agency has also found other incriminating documents were seized during the searches conducted.

Media and Entertainment sector lower downs 24% in 2020 despite last-quarter rebound

  India's media and entertainment (M&E) sector lower downed 24% to Rs1.38 trillion in 2020 due to the corona-virus pandemic. The contractions came despite a rebound in the last-quarter. The M&E sector is supposed to expand 25% to Rs1.73 trillion in 2021 and compound annual growth rate of 13.7% to Rs2.23 trillion by 2023, according to a joint report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry(Ficci) and EY, finance consulting firm.  While advertisement revenues dropped 25% to 19,900 crore and subscriptions fell 20% to 15,400 crores. Digital advertisement remained unchanged, but print (Rs 8,400 crore) and television (Rs 6,900 crore) advertising saw the steepest declines. The only segments that rose in 2020 were digital and online gaming, which added a total of Rs 2,600 crore and their contribution to the M&E sector rose from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020.
