Truth Detector Mohammed Zubair Rejected Bail, Faces New Allegations


Delhi police have added new charges against Mohammed Zubair, the founder of the Alt News factories who was arrested in a tweet-related case that is suspected to be contested in 2018. New charges of conspiracy to commit crimes and vandalism are mentioned by. Delhi police as they produced a true detective in the Patiala House court.
The cost of matters is supplemented by Section 35 of the FCRA or External Donation Act (Act).

Meanwhile, the court rejected the bail application proposed by Mr Zubair and remanded him in custody for 14 days.

"To create a criminal conspiracy and to destroy the evidence of cases added to the FIR and Section 35 of the FCRA," Delhi police told the Patiala House court.

With a criminal conspiracy added to the FIR, the Enforcement Directorate may intervene in the money laundering investigation.

Mohammed Zubair was arrested by Delhi police on June 27 on suspicion of harassing religious feelings in one of his tweets and was taken to a police cell for a day by a criminal court that day.

Mr Zubair was arrested a few days ago after he posted a video of suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma talking to the prophet Mohammed on a TV program.

Police say the case was registered in a complaint by a Twitter user who accused him of harming religious feelings.
