New Delhi: The CBI questioned Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Liquor Scam for about 9 hours on Monday. After the interrogation was over, Sisodia spoke to the media at his residence.
Sisodia claimed that during interrogation CBI officials gestured him to leave the Aam Aadmi Party. Agency officials indicated him to join the BJP, which he flatly refused.
Sisodia had reached the CBI office at 11.15 am and left the place at around 8.50 pm. According to media reports, the agency has not called Sisodia for questioning again on Tuesday. According to CBI officials, the other accused named in the FIR were questioned about their relationship and documents found during the search.
