Congress made these promises
In this manifesto, Congress has promised 10 guarantees including implementation of old pension scheme, Rs 1,500 per month to women, 300 units of free electricity and purchase of cow dung at Rs 2 per kg. In this manifesto, Congress has included a total of 10 issues. Congress has also promised to give jobs to 5 lakh people in its manifesto.
