Chhattisgarh: Bhupesh Baghel Government Completes Four Years, Congress Celebrating Gaurav Diwas

Raipur: Chhattisgarh's Bhupesh Baghel government has completed four years. The Bhupesh Baghel government came into existence four years ago on 17th December itself. Assembly elections are due in the state next year. In such a situation, the Congress is publicizing the achievements of the four years of its government. State Congress is celebrating Gaurav Diwas (Pride Day) in all the districts. In which Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will participate through video conferencing.

48 Months 48 Achievements

In the year 2018 assembly elections, the Congress had made 36 promises in its public manifesto. Out of which the Congress is claiming that 34 promises have already been fulfilled.

Now the Congress government claims that in the last 48 months, 48 achievements have been made by the state government. In Chhattisgarh, the BJP has been alleging that the state government had made 36 promises in its public manifesto before the assembly elections. They were not completed.

BJP leaders are also getting benefit

Rejecting these allegations, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel says that it is being shown in the media that there were 48 achievements in the 48 months of the Congress government. This is not visible to the BJP. Whether BJP leaders are getting benefits under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana or not. If you are getting benefits then why are you not accepting it.

Will launch film on Gaurav Diwas

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will launch a film based on Chhattisgarh Gaurav Diwas. Along with this, Bhumi Pujan and inauguration of 14 development works of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department costing Rs 3396.75 lakh will be done. This includes Bhumi Pujan of 12 works costing Rs 30 crore 13 lakh 73 thousand and inauguration of two development works worth Rs 3 crore 83 lakh 2 thousand. Bhumi Pujan will be done for Sant Shiromani Guru Ghasidas Baba memorial and museum building in Raipur and school cum coaching building for Scheduled Caste (Prayas) students in village Parsada (Kumhari) of Durg district.

Districts will get new gift

Chief Minister will perform bhoomi pujan of Scheduled Caste Pre-Matric Girls Hostel at Saja of Bemetara district, Mazgaon of Mungeli district, Boys Hostel at Lormi, Barampur and Scheduled Tribes Girls Hostel Lormi in Mungeli district itself, 50 seater Pre-Matric Scheduled Caste Boys Hostel Fasterpur District Mungeli and Kabirdham District, 50 seater Scheduled Caste Girls Ashram, Dabrabhant, Scheduled Caste Girls Hostel, Pre-Matric Scheduled Caste Girls Ashram Lormi will also be given in Raipur district's Mandir Hasaud and Durg's Bhilai.
