Exit Polls Predict BJP Will Retain Power in Gujarat, Himachal

New Delhi: Separate exit polls have come for Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh assembly elections and Delhi Municipal Corporation elections. These are not the final result.
The counting of votes for the Delhi Municipal Corporation elections will take place on December 7. While the counting of votes for the assembly elections held in Himachal and Gujarat will take place on December 8.
Only after that the final results will come out.
The Bharatiya Janata Party is set to retain Gujarat, Himachal, exit polls have predicted.
In Gujarat, the BJP will come back for a record seventh straight term, two exit polls have predicted.

Republic-P-Marq: BJP (128-148), Congress (42), AAP (2-10)

Republic-P-Marq: BJP (34-39, 44.8%), Congress (28-33, 42.9%)

Times Now-ETG: BJP (28, 45.1%), Congress (28, 40.9%)

AAP to sweep Delhi MCD polls

The Aam Aadmi Party is likely to get 149-171 of the 250 wards in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi election, according to an exit poll by India Today-Axis My India.

According to the exit polls, Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party may secure 43 per cent vote share while the Bharatiya Janata Party is expected to get 35 per cent vote share.

Another exit poll by Times Now shows teh AAP getting anywhere between 146 and 156 wards.

The results will be announced on December 7.
