Himachal Pradesh: Trouble Increased For Pratibha Singh And Son Vikramaditya, Non-Bailable Warrant Issued


Shimla: Pratibha Singh, wife of former Himachal Pradesh CM Virbhadra Singh, wanted to become the CM, but it could not happen. Before the distribution of ministerial posts, she also reached Delhi-Darbar with son Vikramaditya, but her troubles are not reducing. A non-bailable warrant has been issued against her son Vikramaditya Singh who is a Congress MLA.

Vikramaditya is the son of former Himachal CM Virbhadra Singh.

His mother was in the race for the post of CM.

He himself is in the cabinet race.

Udaipur court issued non-acceptable warrant against him and his family.

The matter is of domestic violence.

The case pertains to assaulting wife and domestic violence. The matter is pending in the local court in Udaipur, Rajasthan and it will be heard on December 14 i.e. Wednesday. For the time being, this is a big blow for Vikramaditya Singh, who is running for the Himachal cabinet race.

Wife filed a complaint

Sudarshana Chandawat, wife of Shimla Rural MLA Vikramaditya Singh, filed a complaint of domestic violence against her husband and his family in the Udaipur (Rajasthan) court. This complaint was made on 17 October 2022. The first hearing was held a month later i.e. on 17 November 2022. Along with Vikramaditya Singh, Sudarshana's mother-in-law Pratibha Singh, sister-in-law Aparajita, sister-in-law’s husband Angad Singh were also summoned by the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udaipur. In this sequence, non-bailable warrants were issued against all of them and they were ordered to appear today i.e. on 14th December.

Vikramaditya and Sudarshana were married in March 2019. After some time both of them had a tussle and at present both are living separately.
