Pathan Film Controversy: Mahant Rajudas said – Torch The Theater That Screens This Film; What Shah Rukh Khan Said On This issue

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer movie Pathan is also being opposed by the Sant Samaj of Ayodhya. Mahant Rajudas of Hanumangarhi said that the theater in which this film is screened must be torched.
Actually, Deepika is wearing a saffron colored bikini in the song 'Besharam Rang...' of this film. Shahrukh and Deepika have given bold scenes in this. There is a controversy over Deepika wearing a bold saffron colored dress.
Mahant Rajudas said, 'Bollywood- and Hollywood constantly try to make fun of Sanatan Dharma and culture in some way or the other. They insult Hindu deities. The way saffron, the color of saints, the color of the nation, the color of the country, the color of Sanatan culture, has been insulted in the Pathan movie. This is very sad.

Shah Rukh Khan breaks silence

Actor Shah Rukh Khan has broken the silence on the Pathan controversy. Amidst the controversy over the film, he made a public statement for the first time. Shah Rukh said at the Kolkata International Film Festival on Thursday – Whatever the world may do. I and all the positive people... are all alive! Shah Rukh was referring to all those who are trolling the film on social media.
Shah Rukh did not stop here. He also took the class of those who create narratives on social media. Talking about modern times and social media, Shah Rukh said – In today's time, a collective narrative is given by social media.

Social media is often driven by a certain narrowness of view

“Social media is often driven by a certain narrowness of view that limits human nature to its baser self. I read somewhere that negativity increases social media consumption and thereby increases its commercial value as well. Such pursuits enclose the collective narrative, making it divisive and destructive," Shah Rukh said.
"We haven't been able to meet for a while, but the world is becoming normal now. We are all happy and I am the happiest. And I have no qualms in saying, that no matter what the world does, me and you, and all positive people in the world are ALIVE," he added.

Among those who have targeted the movie are Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra of the BJP, who claimed one of the songs in the film showed a "contaminated mindset" and threatened to block its release in the state.
