ICC Women's T-20 World Cup From 10 Feb, India's Opening Match With Pakistan

New Delhi: The ICC Women's T20 World Cup will begin on 10 February. This will be the eighth edition of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup, hosted by South Africa.

The first edition of the Women's T20 Cricket World Cup was held in 2009 in England.

India in Group-2

The 10 teams of this Women's T20 World Cup have been divided into two groups.

Teams from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have been placed in Group-1.

India is in Group-2, where England, West Indies, Pakistan and Ireland are also in this group.

Along with India, the eyes of the whole world will be on this World Cup. Although India has not been able to win the World Cup even once.

The first match of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup will be played between South Africa and Sri Lanka in Cape Town.

The second match will be between West Indies and England. On the other hand, on February 11, the teams of Australia and New Zealand will clash with each other.

India-Pakistan match on 12 Feb

After this will come the much-awaited match of the tournament.India and Pakistan will clash in Cape Town on 12th February.

On the same day, a match will also be played between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka in Cape Town.

The first semi-final of the tournament is to be held on 23 February, while the second semi-final is to be held on 24 February.

Whereas the final of this tournament is to be played in Cape Town on 26 February. The ICC has reserved the date of February 27 (in unavoidable circumstances) for the final match.

Harmanpreet Kaur (Captain), Smriti Mandhana, Shefali Verma, Yastika Bhatia, Richa Ghosh, Jemimah Rodrigues, Harleen Deol, Deepti Sharma, Devika Vaidya, Radha Yadav, Renuka Thakur, Rajeshwari Gaikwad and Shikha Pandey.

Reserve players: Meghna, Sneh Rana and Meghna Singh.
