Jaipur News: Coaching Institute Of Teacher Recruitment Exam Paper Leak Accused Bulldozed In Rajasthan

Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has taken action today on Bhupendra Saran and Suresh Dhaka's Jaipur-based Adhigam Coaching Institute. The institute operators were allegedly00  involved in paper leak case in Senior Teacher Recruitment Examination. 

JDA bulldozed the coaching building, and razed the entire 5-storey building in about two and a half hours. Actually, institute is on the corner plot and has been built by occupying the site of service road. Its three rooms and other constructions were demolished today by JDA with JCB and Poklen machines.

Jaipur JDA team reached the spot at around 7:30 am. First of all, action was initiated to demolish the construction made by illegal encroachment on the service road. 

Technical team had inspected building: Raghuveer Saini, Chief of JDA's Enforcement Wing said- We had got the building inspected three days ago by the technical team. It was found that the building was constructed without permission from JDA and in violation of building bylaws. This building has been made by joining two residential plots, while it is being used commercially.

Notices were issued: He told that after a complete investigation, we had issued notices to building owner Anil Agarwal and coaching directors Bhupendra Saran, Suresh Dhaka, Dharmendra Chaudhary and given them time till January 8 to submit their reply. Due to this we have started action today.

Was built by joining two residential plots: JDA's technical team's investigation revealed that the building was built in an area of about 500 square yards by adding two residential plots. During this construction, 8 feet on one plot, while 10 feet on the other, was constructed by covering in zero setback. Which is illegal according to the building rules.

Basement and ground floor of the building housed commercial activities: Apart from this, 5 storey illegal commercial building with basement was constructed without permission. The basement and ground floor of the building housed commercial activities, while the first, second and third floors housed coaching. 

An illegal pent house has also been constructed on the fifth floor. Apart from this, due to being a corner plot, the land on the side of the road which had to be surrendered, has also been occupied and constructed.
