Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced on Narmada Jayanti and Narmadapuram's pride day that like Ladli Laxmi Yojana, now Ladli Bahna Yojana will be started in the state.
Under the scheme, poor sisters of all classes will get one thousand rupees per month and if they are getting the benefits of other schemes, they will continue to get the same. An estimated 60 thousand crore rupees will be spent on the scheme in 5 years.
CM said that Ladli Bahna Yojana will improve the lives of the sisters of the state. He said that I have to empower my sisters financially.
Narmadapuram Lok and Narmada Corridor to be made on the lines of Shri Mahakal Lok
CM participated in Narmadapuram's pride day on Narmada Jayanti. He along with his wife offered worship to Narmada Maiya at Narmada Ghat according to the rituals. CM Chouhan announced to make Narmadapuram Lok and Narmada Corridor on the lines of Shri Mahakal Lok while gifting many development works to the district on Gaurav Divas. He said that no stone will be left unturned for the development of Narmadapuram.
