Jaipur: With only a few days to go in presentation of budget in Rajasthan, once again big upheavals can be seen in the politics of the desert state where CM Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot are at loggerheads for a long time. The budget of Rajasthan is going to be presented on 10 February.
In such a situation, political experts say that after the budget, once again there will be ups and downs in Rajasthan Congress.
Similarly, there will be upheaval in BJP too. There is factionalism and tussle in both the parties. Along with this, there is still no clarity from the high command of both the parties regarding the leadership.
Factionalism came to the fore Rajasthan only after July 2020. After the resignation of the MLAs on September 25, the tension between CM Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot increased further.
It was believed that the differences between the two leaders has finally had reached the peak. But this did not happen. Even after the resignation of MLAs, the high command did not take any decision on this issue.
It was told that there is an election for the Congress President on 19 October. In such a situation, a decision will be taken only after that.
No decision was taken even after Kharge's election
Mallikarjun Kharge became the Congress President on 19 October. But even after becoming the president, no decision was taken on this issue.
When no decision was taken even after Kharge became the President, it was said that a decision would be taken on this issue after Himachal elections to be held in November and Gujarat elections to be held in December. Till then the Congress party does not want to create any controversy. But even after the elections, there was no clarity from the high command regarding this.
Bharat Jodo Yatra came in Rajasthan
When the Himachal-Gujarat elections came to an end, it seemed that a decision could be taken now. But after that Bharat Jodo Yatra came in Rajasthan. It was told on behalf of the leaders that after the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the high command can finally take a decision on this issue by ending the tussle in Rajasthan.
But even after the visit, no decision was taken on this. Ajay Maken, the former in-charge of this seed Rajasthan Congress, resigned and the new in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa joined.
