Madhya Pradesh: Will Ladli Bahna Yojana Prove To Be Game-changer? Why CM Shivraj Is Working So Hard?


Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is counting on the Ladli Bahna scheme to retain power in the state and he hopes this scheme would prove to be a game changer. Almost every day since the launch of the scheme, is holding Ladli Bahna Sammelans to tell women about the scheme and how this would bring about a change in their lives. The CM is hopeful he can win over the female voters through the scheme and shatter Kamal Nath's dream to become the state's CM.


The CM is working really hard to win over the female voters, Unnerved by the growing popularity of the scheme, his rival Kamal Nath had to announce about Mahila Samriddhi Yojana in which he promised that if voted to power he would provide Rs 18000 annually that is Rs 1500 every month to the poor women.



Over 1.5 crore women have registered so far


Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana on March 5, 2023, for the economic and social empowerment of the women of the state for which the women are as enthusiastic as ever. From the launching date of the scheme till April 18, more than 1.5 crore women have registered under the scheme. So far, one crore 52 thousand 223 women have registered themselves under the scheme in the registration process which started from March 25. 



In programmes being organized in various districts during the past few weeks, Shivraj has been explaining to the women how they can apply for the scheme, how the forms will be filled, what is the procedure etc. Shivraj has been telling the women that he is their real brother and will leave no stone upturned to bring joy and prosperity in their lives. Reciprocating Shivraj's feelings, the women also arrive with huge rakhis which they offer to their brother Shivraj.



Phoolon ka taron ka sabka kehna hai...


At the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Mahasammelan at Harda on 19 April, CM Shivraj said this scheme has been started for the poor and middle class women of the state. 



CM Shivraj said, "All my eligible sisters will be benefited by this scheme. Respect and welfare of sisters and daughters has been my top priority. I often keep humming this song Phoolon ka taron ka sabka kehna hai, ek hazaron me meri behna hai. The happiness of my sisters is my happiness. The life of the sisters should be happy, this will give meaning to my being the Chief Minister. This unbreakable bond of brother and sister in Madhya Pradesh will also lead to development and will also shape the future of the people."



The CM is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that not a single woman is left out of the scheme. camps are being organized in wards, villages to help women apply for the scheme. Strict instructions have been given to the administrative officials that the women should not face any inconvenience in filling the forms for the schemes.
