Political Infighting Not Stopping In Rajasthan Congress, Now Gehlot Has Called A Meeting Of Party MLAs

Jaipur: The tussle in the Rajasthan Congress ahead of the assembly elections in the capital has worried the party high command. Meanwhile, in the capital Jaipur, CM Ashok Gehlot has fixed a 3-day programme of obtaining feedback from Congress and Independent MLAs. This is being seen as a show of strength in the party. At the same time, information is coming out that Sachin Pilot is also coming from Delhi to Jaipur after brainstorming with the national leaders. Pilot will attend a programme organized at Khetri here.

In fact, this feedback program of CM Gehlot is being seen as a show of strength once again in front of the national leadership. In such a situation, these questions are being raised within the Congress itself, why this programme is being organized to take feedback from the MLAs.

According to the program decided by Gehlot and PCC, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will hold discussion with MLAs of different regions from Tuesday in the capital. During this, feedback will be taken of government schemes and announcements made.

On the first day the MLAs of Ajmer and Jodhpur division have been called, then on the next day i.e. on April 18, the MLAs of Bharatpur division along with Udaipur and Kota will reach. On the last day, April 20, a program has been fixed to take feedback from the Congress MLAs of Jaipur and Bikaner divisions regarding the announcements of the government.

On the second day on April 19, a seminar of Congress office bearers along with MLAs is also being organized at Birla Auditorium. In which information will be given in view of the assembly elections.

It is not easy to win elections without Sachin Pilot

Tonk district is also included in Ajmer division and former deputy CM Sachin Pilot is the MLA from Tonk assembly seat. It is discussed that Pilot does not register his presence in any such programmes at the divisional level. In such a situation, it is believed that the absence of Pilot from this event is certain. At the same time, the national leadership also accepts that it is not easy but impossible to win the assembly elections in Rajasthan without Sachin Pilot.

However, CM Gehlot does not agree with this opinion of the party high command. He believes that the schemes implemented by the government are also having their effect. Because of which the people of Rajasthan will vote for Congress only. Now it also has to be seen whether the state in-charge Randhawa is present in Gehlot's feedback programme or not.

Kamal Nath entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating

On April 11, former deputy CM of the state Sachin Pilot went on a fast demanding an inquiry into the corruption of the previous BJP government. After this the national leadership of Congress in Delhi is trying to coordinate between Pilot and Gehlot. For this, former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath was given the responsibility.

Kamal Nath had said after meeting Rahul Gandhi that soon a permanent solution would be found between Gehlot and Pilot. Sources associated with the Congress party reveal that the Congress high command has taken the dispute between Gehlot and Pilot very seriously. Meanwehile, the program of taking feedback from the MLAs has been unilaterally announced by CM Gehlot.

It may be that the invitation for feedback has been sent to the MLAs by the State Congress Committee, but political experts say that at present, CM Gehlot is all powerful in Congress in Rajasthan. Party State President Govind Singh Dotasara implements the instructions given by Gehlot.

One to one discussion with legislators

Information is coming out that Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa can also be present with Gehlot during one to one discussion with the MLAs. The question arises as to what feedback will be taken at this time. The government has created 19 new districts in the budget announcement, their boundaries have not been decided yet.

At the same time, it has been announced to give 100 units of electricity free to domestic consumers and 2000 units to farmers. The first bill under this has not yet reached any consumer, while the benefit of the announcement has been implemented from April 1. The opinion of the consumer will be revealed only in next May.
