Gehlot's One-To-One With MLAs, What Is The Strategy Of 2023, 13 Questions And Political Ruckus


JAIPUR: Before the assembly elections in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Gehlot wants to know what impact  the announcements he has made so far, the development works he has done are having on the public. For this, he is talking directly to the Congress MLAs. This process has started from 17th April which will continue till 20th April. Rajasthan Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa is also present with him.


Tickets of pro-Pilot MLAs can be cut 


In fact, on the pretext of taking feedback like this, efforts are also being made to undersatand the thinking of the MLAs of Rajasthan Congress. In fact, this decision has been taken after the protest by former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot. 


It is believed that the tickets of those MLAs will be cut who have a soft corner for Pilot. CM Ashok Gehlot is not called the magician of politics without any reason. Party sources say that on this pretext, Gehlot is trying to figure out how much loyalty is there for him in the hearts of party MLAs. In such a situation, a separate list of MLAs of the opposition group is also being prepared, which will be taken out during ticket distribution at the time of assembly elections.


Anti-incumbency, caste and religious equation in questionnaire


CM Ashok Gehlot is talking to the MLAs one to one since Monday. Where the MLAs have been given a performance of 13 questions in the meeting. In which MLAs are being asked questions related to caste and religious equation along with anti-incumbency. It is being told that in this one-to-one discussion, State Congress in-charge Randhawa is taking feedback on several parameters of his area along with giving tasks to the MLAs for the elections.

On the first day, on April 17, a proforma of 13 questions was handed over to the MLAs with whom the meeting was held. In which questions have been asked to the MLAs regarding anti-incumbency, government schemes, people's displeasure, caste and religious equations, inflation relief camps. 


State Congress in-charge Randhawa and CM Gehlot will talk to all Congress MLAs one to one and prepare a report after taking feedback from their areas. One-to-one talks with party MLAs began on Monday, in which MLAs from Ajmer, Tonk, Nagaur, Bhilwara, Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Pali, Sirohi and Jalore districts participated.

After taking feedback from the MLAs of their area, a 13 question proforma was givren to them. These questions include the plans of the government, the trend of the people in the assembly constituency, the atmosphere regarding the government, etc. The legislators have been asked what are the caste and religious equations in your area? The MLAs are being asked that which five schemes of the Congress government are showing maximum impact in their constituencies. At the same time, information is also being sought from the MLAs about the status of the third front in their constituencies apart from Congress and BJP.
