Rajasthan: Factionalism Seen In Conference Called In Support Of Rahul Gandhi, Minister Got Slogans Raised To Make Gehlot CM For Fourth Time

JAIPUR: After the termination of Rahul Gandhi's Lok Sabha membership, the Congress is protesting across the country and uniting against the Narendra Modi government at the Centre. But in Rajasthan's Jaipur, when the Congress leaders united in support of Rahul Gandhi, factionalism was seen in the programme.

In fact, during this, slogans were raised in support of making Ashok Gehlot the CM for the fourth time. Minister Mahesh Joshi got these slogans raised. During this, State Congress in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa was also sitting on the dais.

SACHIN PILOT WAS ABSENT

Along with CM Ashok Gehlot, many big leaders and ministers of Rajasthan Congress were present on the stage. However, during this period the absence of Sachin Pilot and his faction leaders was a matter of discussion.

RANDHAWA HAD SAID CONGRESS IS FULLY UNITED

Raising of slogans in support of Gehlot in front of Randhawa is significant. Because Randhawa had said in his speech during the conference that Congress is completely united in Rajasthan. There is no tussle among the party leaders, but when the conference came to an end, slogans were raised for Gehlot.

Thus once again the factionalism in Rajasthan Congress came to the fore and Randhawa's claims also proved to be hollow. Because in front of the in-charge, Minister Mahesh Joshi raised slogans to make Ashok Gehlot the CM for the fourth time. Which is being seen as a part of making a political narrative.

ACTION IS PENDING AGAINST MINISTER JOSHI

Minister Mahesh Joshi is accused of calling a parallel meeting of the Legislature Party on 25 September 2022 at the residence of UDH Minister Shanti Dhariwal. In this matter, a notice was also given to him by the Congress. The answer to which has been presented by Minister Joshi, but no action has been taken for the last four months.

JOSHI GAVE A MESSAGE TO PILOT GROUP

In these circumstances, Minister Joshi also gave a message to the pilot group by giving the slogan of making Ashok Gehlot the CM for the fourth time. In fact, when CM Ashok Gehlot's speech was over, shortly after, Minister Mahesh Joshi grabbed the mike and said that the Chief Minister has just talked about making him the Chief Minister of Rajasthan three times. While the people of Rajasthan want you to become the Chief Minister for the fourth time as well.

By saying this, Minister Mahesh Joshi made the existing party supporters and workers raise slogans in the conference to make Ashok Gehlot the Chief Minister for the fourth time as well.
Pilot distanced himself from the convention.

PILOT HAS NOT ATTENDED ANY CONFERENCE LED BY GEHLOT

Congress is holding a conference in Rajasthan in support of Rahul Gandhi. But former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot kept distance from the conference of Jaipur division. Not only this, Pilot has not attended any conference led by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. This is being linked to increasing tussle in the Rajasthan Congress.
