Madhya Pradesh: HuT Suspects Presented In Bhopal NIA Court; Startling Revelations Were Made During Interrogation

Bhopal: On Friday, 16 suspected terrorists of HuT arrested from Madhya Pradesh and Telangana were presented in the NIA court of Additional Sessions Judge Raghuveer Patel in Bhopal, MP. The anti-terrorist squad took them to the court amid tight security. The court has extended the remand of 10 suspects by five days for questioning. At the same time, 6 suspects have been sent to jail from the court.

According to the information, all the suspects were presented in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Raghuveer Patel. Where the ATS asked for their remand for questioning. This was opposed by the defence counsel. Defence argument was that the ATS has not been able to extract anything special from them in the remand taken so far. However, the court granted the remand of 10 suspects. Now on May 24 all of them will be presented again in the court. Evidence was found of the accused being associated with Hizb-ut-Tahrir (HuT).

ATS had detained 10 people from Bhopal, 1 from Chhindwara and 5 from Telangana on May 9. Where the NIA court had sent all of them on remand till May 19 for questioning.

 

All were presented in the NIA court on Friday. Where Mohammad Hameed, Mohammad Abbas, Abul Rahman, Junaid and Salim arrested from Hyderabad (Telangana) and Yasir Khan, Syed Sami Rizvi, Danish Ali, Mohammad Alam, Khalid Hussain arrested from Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) have been sent on remand till May 24.

On the other hand, Mehraj Ali, Shah Rukh, Wasim, Misbah-ul-Haq, Shahid and Abdul Karim have been sent to Bhopal Jail.

Many shocking revelations made during interrogation

 

According to sources, several revelations were made in the interrogation of these suspected terrorists. It was learned that their training took place at the farm house on the Acharpura hill, the site of the encounter of SIMI members. They also took training in the farm house built near Berasia Dam and in the camps built in Bhojpur Neemkheda village. ATS is also questioning the owner of these farm houses.
