Jaipur. Class XII students Aashi Galriya and Asmi Dhaker presented the first copy of their book "The Siberian Stray" written jointly by them to Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra at Raj Bhavan on Thursday.

Appreciating Aashi and co-writer Asmi, Governor Mishra wished them all the best for their bright future.

Book writer Aashi Galriya told that this book of hers is a touching story depicting the love between animal and man. She explained that it depicts the relationship and bond of love between the child Alan and his pet dog Sapphire.

This is the story of a gentle Siberian Husky with the perfect master, a perfect home and an almost perfect life.

After being separated from his beloved master, Sapphire finds himself all alone in an alien town with a pack of strays waiting to pounce on him. Will the pampered pooch ever be able to feel the warmth of home again?

It is notable that the writer Aashi is currently a student of Jayshree Periwal Global School in Jaipur. She took the initiative to write this book when she was a student of class VIII. She has been brilliant since the beginning.
