Uttar Pradesh: Why Did Retired Army Officer In Ghaziabad Try To Kill Sanitation Workers After Listening To Cleanliness Song?



Ghaziabad (UP): “Gaadi wala aaya ghar se kachra nikal” You must have heard this song every day; sanitation worker would have come to your house and collected the garbage. But if we say that someone listens to this song and tries to kill the sanitation workers. It may sound a bit strange, but recently an incident has come to the fore in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh in which a man tried to shoot two sanitation workers after getting disturbed by the cleanliness songs. What is the matter?


This strange incident is from Loni area of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The municipal vehicle had reached the area to pick up the household garbage. Songs were being played in the garbage collecting vehicle. Troubled by these songs, a retired soldier had a fight with the sanitation employees. The quarrel increased so much that the soldier opened fire with his licensed pistol. However, the workers survived the firing.


Case registered against the accused


The accused has been identified as Tauheed Ali. Ali is a retired Border Security Force (BSF) officer and lives in Kanchan Park Colony. An FIR has been registered against the retired officer under section 307 of the IPC. The accused has also been arrested. Police say that the accused was angry with the songs being played on the loudspeakers of the vehicle, which disturbed his sleep and opened fire on the driver.
