Who Is Suppressing Wrestlers Protest, Here Is Whole Matter!

New Delhi: Wrestlers who have been agitating for a long time at Jantar Mantar in Delhi are facing many challenges. Various attempts are allegedly being made to suppress their movement. Misleading news is coming in the media. A similar news came that wrestler Sakshi Malik has left the movement and rejoined the Railways. As soon as this news spread, Sakshi immediately tweeted that these are misleading reports.

Sakshi denied

Sakshi Malik wrote in the tweet – This news is absolutely wrong. In the fight for justice, none of us has backed down, nor will we. Along with Satyagraha, I am fulfilling my responsibility in the Railways. Our fight continues till we get justice. Please don't spread any wrong news. Please inform that wrestlers Bajrang, Sakshi and Vinesh were the first to sit on a dharna at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on 18th January. After this, after getting the assurance of action from the Sports Ministry, the wrestlers called off the strike. But no action was taken, so the wrestlers again sat on a dharna at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on 23 April.

Bajrang Punia wrote in tweet

After Sakshi, Bajrang Punia has also called the news wrong by tweeting. He wrote – The news of withdrawal of the movement is only a rumour. These news are being spread to harm us. We have neither retreated nor have we withdrawn the movement. The news of women wrestlers withdrawing FIR is also false. The fight will continue till justice is served.

Round of doubts and discussions started

As soon as the news spread that Sakshi has left the movement, the rounds of discussions started. It is being said that various efforts are being made to end this movement, misleading news is being spread to suppress their movement. However, it is difficult to say how much truth is there in this. But MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh must have got some relief.
