Rohit got this injury during throwdown practice. The right-handed batter suffered a blow to his left thumb during an optional net session on the eve of the WTC final.

Rohit Sharma has suffered an injury to his left hand thumb during throwdowns on Tuesday. After the injury, Rohit Sharma immediately went out of the nets, after which the team physio treated him and applied bandage on the injury.
