Nuh Haryana Violence: Bulldozer Action In Full Swing; 3-storey Sahara Restaurant Building Razed



NUH: Bulldozer action continues in full swing on illegal constructions after stone pelting on Brajmandal Jalabhishek Yatra in Nuh, Haryana and  3-storey Sahara Restaurant building was razed on Saturday. 


Now the process of strict action is going on on behalf of the district administration by marking those places from where rioters threw stones. In this sequence, bulldozer action has been taken against the Sahara restaurant adjacent to the godown of the bike showroom, just in front of the Nalhad turn in the district headquarters Nuh city. The three-storey Sahara restaurant building has been razed to the ground.


During the violence on July 31, a huge crowd had climbed these tall houses and pelted stones. The wall of the bike godown where bike loot and arson came to light is adjacent to the Sahara restaurant. A big crane JCB machine was called to raze this Sahara restaurant.The three-storey Sahara restaurant building was pulled down in a few minutes.



'Restaurant was constructed illegally'


District town planner Vinesh Kumar said that the commercial building of the Sahara Family Restaurant' was constructed illegally.


He said that it was the same building from where hooligans pelted stones on the religious procession.


"The building was totally unauthorised and it was served notices by the Government and department. The hotel-cum-restaurant is completely unauthorised. Hooligans had pelted stones on the yatra from here. So, this action is being taken," Kumar said.


Earlier, on Saturday Haryana authorities demolished dozens of illegal structures in violence-hit Nuh district. Officials said some of them were owned by those allegedly involved in the recent clashes.
