The royal wedding of Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party member Raghav Chadha is scheduled to take place today.
The couple got engaged on May 13. They are tying the knot today on September 24 at Udaipur's The Leela Palace. Parineeti and her family arrived in the City of Lakes on Friday. Raghav was also seen at the Udaipur airport.
The Baraat is likely to head to the wedding venue at 2:30 PM while the Jaimala ritual may happen at 3:30 PM followed by the pheras.
Currently, guests are flying in to join the celebrations. Many guests, including Sania Mirza, Harbhajan Singh, Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, and Aditya Thackeray, are expected to arrive today, September 24.
Some VIP guests, like Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, arrived in Udaipur on Saturday, September 23. Meanwhile, everyone is waiting to find out if Priyanka Chopra is going to give her cousin's wedding a miss.
According to reports, the haldi and sangeet ceremony was held on September 23, at the Leela Palace hotel. Asian and Indian delicacies were served at the event.
