Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections-2023: Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Patel, Kulaste In BJP's Second List


Bhopal: The BJP on Monday released the second list of candidates for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections-2023. The second list of 39 candidates included Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Singh Patel and Faggan Singh Kulaste.

Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar and Prahlad Singh Patel have been fielded from the Dimani and Narsingpur constituencies respectively. Faggan Singh Kulaste will be contesting from the Niwas constituency.

 

Kailash Vijayvargiya from Indore-1, Ganesh Singh from Satna

 

The party also fielded several MPs from Madhya Pradesh. MP Uday Pratap Singh will contest assembly polls from Gadarwara, and MP Riti Pathak will be fielded from Sidhi.

General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya has been fielded from Indore-1 and MP Ganesh Singh from Satna.

Narayan Tripathi's ticket cut from Maihar


BJP MLA Narayan Tripathi's ticket has been cut from Maihar assembly seat of Satna district. BJP has made Shrikant Chaturvedi its candidate from here. Narayan Tripathi has already formed his own separate party a few days ago. However, he had not yet officially left BJP.

Kedarnath Shukla's ticket cut, Riti Pathak fielded


The ticket of current BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla has been cut from Sidhi Assembly seat. In his place, Sidhi MP Riti Pathak has been made the candidate. After the urination scandal in Sidhi, Congress was attacking BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla. Congress has been claiming the accused of urination scandal is related to Kedarnath Shukla.

7 former MLAs got tickets


Seven former MLAs have got ticket. They are: Former BJP MLA Durgalal Vijay from Sheopur, Raghuraj Kansana from Morena, Pradeep Aggarwal from Sewdha, Imarti Devi from Dabra, Ramesh Khatik from Karaira, Dilip Jaiswal from Kotma, Vishwamitra Pathak from
Sihawal, Natthan Shah from Junnardev, Hazari Lal Dangi from Khilchipur, Kal Singh Bhabar from Thandla, Manoj Patel from Depalpur, Sangeeta Charel from Sailana.

Scindia supporter Jaswant Jatav denied ticket


Scindia supporter Jaswant Jatav's ticket has been cut from Karaira. He was elected Congress MLA in 2018. He joined BJP with Scindia and lost the 2020 elections to Pragilal. This time his ticket has been cut. BJP has made Ramesh Khatik its candidate from here.

However, Scindia supporter Raghuraj Kansana from Morena and Imarti Devi from Dabra have got the ticket. Apart from this, Mohan Singh Rathore, close to Scindia, has been given ticket from Bhitarwar seat.

Was once close to Digvijaya, will now challenge his son


In Digvijaya Singh's stronghold Raghogarh, BJP has fielded Hirendra Singh Bunti Bana as its candidate. His father Mool Singh has been an MLA. Hirendra has also been close to Digvijaya. He had joined BJP only one and a half years ago. Presently in Raghogarh, Digvijaya Singh's son Jaivardhan Singh is the MLA from Congress.

Ambrish to challenge Leader of Opposition


BJP has fielded Ambrish Sharma Guddu against Leader of Opposition Dr. Govind Singh. Ambrish left BSP and joined BJP. In the 2018 assembly elections, Ambarish contested on BSP ticket and stood third by getting 31 thousand votes. Now BJP has made him its candidate.
